7 Rounds: 5 Push ups, 10 Pull ups w/ thick green band, 25 ab-mat sit ups= 27:44. Modified for a sore knee, thanks Chantel.
And yes, I too miss the Oly lifts! :)

did 2x pushups instead of dips- still have scabs from last week and i dont know if the 9 am crew is down with my bleeding. not sure what my time was, 24-25 mins?
missing the man lifting in a big way- oly lifting metcon crushers please!
