Jen gets her first kipping pull ups!

Jen set her goal to get kipping pull ups during our 2011 Ultimate Fitness Challenge and she nailed it well before the competition ended!

CFC First Annual Halloween Throwdown 30 Oct 2010

CrossFit Coronado hosted their first competition with their inaugural Halloween Throwdown.  Athletes competed in mens advanced, mens intermediate and womens intermediate divisions and did 2-3 worrkouts.  Everyone enjoyed the day we're looking forward to The Second Halloween Throwdown in 2011.

Barbells for Boobs 16 Oct 2010

On October 16, 2010 CrossFit Coronado hosted Barbells for Boobs.  As a gym we raised over $1,000.00 that was given to an organization called mammograms in action to help women recieve mammograms for early breast cancer detection.

  • Skills Workshops
    First Saturday of each month at 9am. First session is on kipping pull ups on April 7. No Oly class on skills session days. Sessions are for CFC members only.
  • Mobility Thursdays!
    No cost for members, $20/class non-members, Classes will be every Thursdays from 7-8pm.
